KEYLO softlock bandaid fix (cheater edition)

Following a few kind bug reports, I tried to replicate the notorious and persistent softlock bug, but I couldn't find a way.

SO, for now, I've added a reset button. Press 0 to restart if you're softlocked. or if you get cornered and wanna try your luck again, penalty-free. or if you won, but you wanna keep rolling. win-win-win.

In my head this is in advance of a sorely-needed complete refactoring. There's too much code, and I see like two or three things I haven't used in there since the first attempt at building it. Maybe i'll do this for the full game? i don't know! i kind of want for it to not suck ass in its current form, so i'm considering devoting some time to this once again as i get back into the swing of working on the full game. my actual work is picking up at the same time, though. So for now, here is a humble patch.
